Capacity: We can facilitate groups of between 2-30 for in-office yoga classes. Unlimited attendance for Virtual Yoga.

​Location: On-site, throughout South Florida. Virtual, Worldwide.

Style: We offer a diverse range of classes, we'll create the perfect session tailored to your team's needs.

Length of Class: 25-60 minutes.

Equipment: We ask our clients to provide their own mats, whether you buy them as a company or ask each person to bring their own. If you would like to purchase multiple mats, we can source them for you with our trade discounts.

Frequency: We can host your classes daily, weekly, monthly or as a one off event.

Booking System: We're happy to operate on a drop in basis. Alternatively, we can provide an optional booking system to help with the event management.
